First airing in late 2013 in the USA, Rick and Morty has become a worldwide phenomenon. The story follows brilliant- but-troubled scientist Rick Sanchez and his well-meaning, but easily influenced, grandson Morty Smith as they transverse the universe embarking on all manner of weird adventures.

Throughout the series, viewers are introduced to a host of characters including Morty’s parents and sister and Rick’s intergalactic friends. Rick and Morty has gained a cult following thanks to its mix of science fiction, adult-themed humour, and Rick’s personality and catch phrases.
